Uncaring, and unprofessional. She gave an elderly family member the run around for TWO YEARS, by giving him antibiotics that never cured his highly contagious UTI. He went septic for the 15th time, had a heart attack, and died. Now she's been giving my mother the same run around for two years, after she caught the same bacteria from said family member. I’m giving this joint 0 stars! Actually the staff is rude except for Dr.Kumari’s nurse Samantha she is caring and compassionate and the infusion team they are also caring and supportive of the patients! The registration team are very helpful and supportive! APRN Nyugen is awful. However The other staff is rude. I’ll be so thankful when I DO NOT HAVE TO GO BACK IN! Good luck with your appointment and visits
