Best ID doctor in Pensacola! Facility is very clean and her staff really cares for all patients. They managed my home health IV antibiotics very smoothly. Would recommend!
This place sucks. It’s like self service HEALTHCARE. I had to lug my mother-in-law who’s 84 on a walker and oxygen in there every day for two weeks then Immediately following the treatmentshe was admitted to the hospital for five days because of a reaction to the medication. they never weighed her. They never did her blood pressure never did her O2 stats Called to talk to a nurse That wasn’t happening, even if somebody did answer the phone Idon’t think they even have one not one that can answers the phone anyway.
1 star is generous. I had just gotten out of the hospital and on my 1st appt I saw a medical asst. Not even a PA. I insisted on seeing a dr. He was very kind but kept deferring to his asst for answers. Then you need to go for daily infusions early in the morning 7am. Once home health started, I needed to still go to the office once a week or they held my Infusion prescription hostage. No appts. NO SOAP IN THE BATHROOMS. I called the health department about it. Urine on the men's room floor every time I go there. No soap in the dispensers. It's ridiculous how an infectious disease and wound care clinic have NO SOAP for weeks in their bathrooms! Doctor Kumari is great. Nurses are great. I've had a very good treatment experience.
They have all been very professional and helpful. They take time to answer questions. Highly recommend.
