Been waiting here for an hour just to be told she's not here yet after having to ask! Took off from work losing pay but if I were late or didn't show I'd get charged for it!! I see why she has a 2.7 rating! Looking for new Dr asap!!
I have been using Dr Kumar since 2015 and have to say she is amazing... very smart and on top of her game in every way... she has helped me in more ways than I thought was possible. Her staff are great and Francis is also amazing..I can't thank you enough !! Scheduling an appointment is easy and the wait time always reasonable. My old Dr wait time was up to 2 hours which to me is an insult and then he never did anything to help me... so happy to be treated by a real professional. I had seen her for years. Had surgery to relieve pinched nerve in elbow in January was prescribed 20 Tramadol. Then in February had surgery on both feet in Houston and was prescribed 30 Hydrocodone of which I only used 12. When I went for my checkup in April they asked what medicine I would like refilled. I said I would like some Tramadol, which she had written for me before. The PA left the room and Dr Kumar came in shaking papers at me, accusing me of dr shopping for drugs. I was shocked. Totally money minded
Dr. Kumar is amazing... she has helped me in every possible way. She is very knowledgeable and I recommend her to anyone with problems in her field. She has great knowledge of rare diseases and knows exactly what you need. I have read so many sad stories of people with some diseases being misdiagnosed because they don't know about so many diseases out there. She is very patient and kind. Her staff are wonderful too. Thank you Dr Kumar !!
Short wait time, very caring and committed to making you a well functioning patient. Staff is excellent, friendly, and go out of their way to assist you. I highly recommend Dr. Kumar!
Do not go to Dr. Kumar expecting a compassionate and helpful Doctor. I left her office more times than not and cried in my car.
I've been seeing Dr. Kumar for 5 years. Your wait time is 45 minutes. to 1 hrs. but we'll worth it. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. Will answer questions and explain in a way you can understand.
