Looking for a new Dr. I’m over it at this point. You barely see Dr Ramdas. When you call the office they barely answer or rarely return a phone call. You can have an appt set for a time and still wait minimum 2hrs before you’re seen. I’m not sure if his staff is overwhelmed but I can no longer deal with the unprofessionalism. Maybe he needs to hire a better team…idk but my time has ran out.

My mother was in a nursing home and Dr. Ramada Kumar was a service provider for this residence. Dr. Kumar did NOT monitor my mother, who was under his care. He did Not visit with her after several requests by me and NEVER contacted me to discuss my mother's health. I would visit my mother 2 or 3 times a week, and always requested that the doctor call be after his visit with her. My mother was in good health, and on no medications. Very bad treatment. They are not releasing my medical report unless I pay them extra ..scammers .. initially before booking the appointment they mentioned that the whole visit is covered and they charged my insurance. After I gave my medical samples they told me to pay $80 to get my report by email.
