I called Dr. Kumar's office on 3/6/23 at 3:53 p.m. and spoke with Desiree. I told her that after many years, I wanted to re-establish as a patient with Dr. Kumar (to discuss a recent injury). Desiree then scolded me about wanting to do this and based her scolding entirely on her [uninformed] personal opinion, nothing more. I corrected her accordingly, though I don't know if it sank in.
