Love Dr Smith, very compassionate, down to earth and spends time with you explaining in detail! However, her staff was very rude and condescending! I had to call the lab myself to have my blood work faxed to their office. Bloodwork was done on July 8, 2021 called several times for results. Called back on July 19, 2021 still had not received bloodwork. I called the hospital myself to have the results faxed to their office. What a caring and knowledgeable Doctor. She takes charge and makes things happen. When she comes in to see you in the office or hospital she knows what's going on with test and results. And she will put you at ease even when you may be scared of your illness. Always positive and leaves you feeling better and smiling. We call her our SUPER HERO. Cant say enough good about Dr. SMITH.
