Worst place for a welder to work at. They don't pay enough to deal with management. Sales staff doesn't know how welding works and yet tell you what to do and complain with the results

As a welder that worked there for a few months, I can just say that you need to be extremely careful with their Welding Department Leadman, he harrasses and verbally abuses you. It's not about how fast or how good you are as a welder, it's about if this guy likes you or not, he makes things personal, and sadly upper management knows about this but has done nothing about it. This is why this company is always looking for welders and none stay.
