Consulted for tube placement for my child, and couldn’t have been more rude. Acted like he could not care less about any of my concerns. When I tried to elaborate on answers other than yes or no, he was dismissive and turned his nose at me. At one point he even laughed at us. I work in medical…I had legitimate questions. I had legitimate concerns. This Dr. was in the room less than 5 minutes, and gave room for none of that. A waste of a day, as I feel like I need a new consult with a different Dr. before proceeding.
Dr. Prasad took care of my thyroid cancer. He explained everything very well and was very caring. His care was extraordinary during this very stressful process.
I went to see him for my thyroid. He was in the room less than 3 minutes. Told me that, basically didn’t know why I was there. Dismissing all of my concerns. Dismissing my ultrasound. Please go elsewhere.
I had a tonsillectomy completed and, being in Healthcare myself, would not recommend him as a surgeon. The left side of my tongue is completely charred, which I know is a result of carelessness during the operation. I understand some sores may be common due to sparking during the procedure, but it definitely should not be to this degree.
Rude as hell! 0% compassion! Dr. Kumar Prasad needs to take a hospitality class
