Front desk personnel are very pleasant and helpful, Dr. Kumar explained many details of my diagnosis that I didn't know and went into detail about my medication and all the tests that are done, that no other previous neurologists have explained to me before.
I love Dr Kumar
My rating is intended predominantly for Dr Kumar. Very, very intelligent physician. His front office is better than it was when I first started coming. That's a very big improvement. They need to work on their "first impression" factor for new patients. It's poor but improving. It can be off-putting at first. I do intend to stick with Dr Kumar because of his knowledge and experience as a neurologist. I have faith in his ability.
This is an office full of liars. The people who work here are vindictive, miserable and should not be anywhere people in need of Neurological help. Made an appointment, 3 month wait. Call the week before and they claim they don't take Medicare and canceled the appointment. Said they left a message for my 83 yr old mother. Total liars. Thanks for nothing. Dr. KUMAR SHOULD BE ASHAMED AT HIS EMPLOYEES BEHAVIOR. DISGUSTING.
