All the reviews on the place are spot on. Rude as hell from desk to Doctor. The Dr is insanely rude with no compassion what-so-ever. Other reviews hit his bedside manner spot on! Standing in the door way, Not listening, getting irritated by following his or his staff’s instructions. If you are considering this office, JUST DON’T!
Couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. Unable and unwilling to contact my pcp. Must be doing good business with that attitude.
Went to Dr Kumar with my elderly mom for over a year and he never properly diagnosed her. He kept calling her head pain a tension headache. Now, it’s a couple years later, and between her pain management doctor and a new neurologist that took her seriously we have a diagnosis of Occipital Neuralgia and even a causation for the Neuralgia. And I agree with all the complaints about the reception staff… they were horrible and constantly rude.

The staff is an absolute nightmare, incredibly rude and unprofessional. Lady with a thick accent hung up on me while I was in the middle of talking to her. Then at my appointment she turned around and walked away from me mid-sentence. I was furious and almost left but the doctor rushed me into the room as I was voicing my complaints. As with others I don't recommend using this place. If you get referred here buyer beware the other reviews are not lying about the staff.
