The staff is an absolute nightmare, incredibly rude and unprofessional. Lady with a thick accent hung up on me while I was in the middle of talking to her. Then at my appointment she turned around and walked away from me mid-sentence. I was furious and almost left but the doctor rushed me into the room as I was voicing my complaints. As with others I don't recommend using this place. If you get referred here buyer beware the other reviews are not lying about the staff.

At first I thought what the heck? The office people were rude and not helpful at all. Dr. Kumar is very solemnly professional. His bedside manner is a bit scary at first but, if ya stick around and keep going back you will see how intelligent this man is. He is very professional and works hard for your best interest. He's a straight shooter and explains things in debth for you to understand what's going on and what he's doing. They have replaced the front office people and its much much much better! I have given Doctor Kumar and this office multiple chances to do better and they continue to fail. Doctor Kumar does not listen, talks over me, often stands at the open door and talks to me about my health. He is very abrupt and seems to always want to be right, rather than discuss my health concerns. He recently yelled at me for following the directions that his own nurse practitioner wrote on the prescription. He told me I should be taking the med a different way. I had a terrible experience with Dr. Kumar's office. It’s very disappointing that his staff doesn’t make an effort to help patients. After an accident, my primary care physician referred me to him. They sent the referral five times, even by email, yet the receptionist kept insisting she didn’t have it. When my PCP called to follow up, she still didn’t offer any assistance.
