Showed up and started doing a good job diagnosing He kept emphasizing he doesn’t do residential but he’d help anyways although I’m not sure why he took the call to begin with. Gave us a few thoughts, we told him we needed a report to submit to hoa as nothing we can do from our end, and he never responded or send invoice or respond and won’t follow up with report either. If you need electrical work done, I’d urge you to consider someone who actually wants to help.
