very bad Service. Received wrong parts for Kubota Engine. Call Customer service (SID) . Took many weeks to have a backup answer. I sent at least 25 emails.. Parts were of poor quality. Received the wrong rings with the Piston we ordered. These rings did not fit with the pistons. I had to return parts .. they charge me Transport even if that was their fault. we finally received credit many months after they received the returned parts. we rebuilt the Kubota motor and we had a comeback from the customer because... read more
