Terrible office staff the girl who answers the phone refused to tell me her name. She also could not allow me to make an appointment for my 19-year-old daughter because she was an adult. I understand not giving me medical information, but I was merely trying to make an appointment, she would not allow me to make an appointment for my daughter, she also would not allow me to talk to anyone but her and she wouldn’t tell me what her name was. Very sincere & caring. I never feel rushed & she really listens to all of my concerns.
She listens to her patients and is very thorough, making sure she finds the root of the issues, she treats both my parents with dignity and respect, they absolutely love her!
Have been seeing doctor Kumamoto for years. My experience with this doctor has always been great, she is understanding and does her best to help me with my medical care.
Caring, really tunes in to you and your concerns. I love her communication skills..direct, answers all your questions and makes sure you understand her observations. I highly recommend Dr Kumamoto.Her asst Hyacinth is always a pleasure to work with. . Well run office.
