Best sushi on the central coast. The fish is so fresh. The traditional rolls are inexpensive and always has extra fish on top. my favorite special rolls are shrimp tempura and firecracker. The shrimp tempura is topped with these little tempura flakes that give it an extra crunch. I've never had the ramen but it seems very popular so I bet it's good too.
The Ramen broths are outstanding. Roll and small Ramen is my go to
It was a reunion of sorts with a local girlfriend—we graduated from Morro Bay High together, Class of 1980. It's always been an expensive place for smaller portions. We both ordered ramen. I got the shoyu ramen and paid extra for sprouts. When it arrived, there was a comically small pinch of sprouts on top. I wouldn’t even call it enough to qualify as a garnish.
