In the middle of a mask mandate in the city, exactly one of the five employees was wearing a mask while the others had it hanging off one ear or under their chins. Never mind that half the customers were without masks and no one seemed to care. I was planning on buying some snacks while filling up, but ran out of that store as fast as I could.

I worked for Kum and go for 3 years and then transferred to this store and the GM Alissa was horrible didn’t care about my concerns or how my mental health was affecting my job . I tried to go to my district manager with the concerns and problems but he avoided me and wouldn’t get back to me at all but would call and text Alissa (GM) telling her to write me up for things she couldn’t even handle but expected me to handle it .
