Rating would be 0 if possible. Had an appointment for between 2 to 5. Did not show up, call or anything. Also billed my credit card when they said they wouldn't until I signed. BBB will be getting a call. Extremely poor business.
Horrible service, did not repair the problem and terrible customer service on follow-up. First to note: Kulpsville Appliance Repair outsources to a third party and do not do the work themselves. Had a technician come out to repair a refrigerator that was not cooling. Within 3 mins and no real diagnostic work he said I needed to replace the compressor. Price for compressor was way beyond on-line guidance. (Stuck between a rock and a hard place as I would lose the money I had paid for them to come out.) Within 2 days the refri... read more
