Awful Doctor. Never again. Just trying to make production. The most incompetent Doctor I've seen in 63 years.
Bardzo niekompletnych lekarz. Na kazda chorobe wypisuje albo witaminy albo leki na depresje. Ciezko sie z nim rozmawia. Nie daje skierowan do specjalisty.

Horrible practice for a Dr. Office! If I could, I would have given 0 stars. Can't get anyone in this office to get things done right. My husband who is a diabetic needed his RX's. Since last week the pharmacy has been trying to contact their office & they did not bother to return their call to find out exactly why they called. When I did call, I did not get a call back the 1st day that I had left the message, the 2nd day I called again, left another message and when I still did not get a call back, I called the receptionist ... read more
Went in with questions and got zero answers....just referrals to other Dr's. Guess I'll just stay sick for 3-4 weeks till I can get to see another Dr. Did not care about treating or trying to get to the root of my health problems. I'll never recommend or see this clinic again.
He has been our doctor for 3 years now and we were unaware of his policy regarding never prescribing pain medications that are considered narcotics. I was offered a steroid shot (refused it) and left with anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxer. Today, still in severe pain, I called in for something stronger and was told the policy and to go to the emergency room. A doctor who doesn't properly assess a trusted patient's pain is a dangerous doctor to trust with your care, in my opinion.
After waiting close to 30 minutes in the waiting room, I spoke to one of Dr. Kulpa's medical assistants, who took my medical information, including a list of my medications. I was told right then Dr. Kulpa WOULD NOT prescribe 2 of those medications, one of which allows me to function through my severe panic attacks, the other I take sparingly for severe back pain (not a narcotic). In my mind this is a discriminatory practice. I left without seeing him.
