I had a great experience with Dr. Kull! All of the staff were great and very welcoming. I will be back and I highly recommend!
Kull’s receptionist was very impatient with my learning disability (add). I'm still giving them a chance and hoping for the best. I can never tell if people are overworked, ignorant of my condition, or just trying to be cruel. i'm hoping it isn't #3. Because i really need new glasses. Update: Fool me twice?? No. Obviously #3 (see above). I found a better eye care option and left this mess in my wake.
The doctor is good. The staff is awful. I've been going here for a few years and only didn't switch eye drs for my most recent annual exam because it took about 8 months to get an appt. What makes the staff so horrible? 1) They are rude. Not just short or blunt. Rude. As in, called me the day before my appt for the standard reminder, gave me a time earlier than I made the appt. When I said I could be there early (as is typical to update insurance, ect., though I had no updates to make) but not *that* early, they insisted it ... read more
