Called and asked if they can work on a Samsung French door refrigerator. They said yes but with the understanding that if it was anything wrong with the sealed coolant system I'd have to call the warranty center. I agreed and had them come. It was quickly apparent that he had never worked on a refrigerator like this before. He broke one of the plastic panels on the inside, and then while trying to take the other panel off that contained the fan, he ripped the wires out of the connector for the thermostat. Very disappointed.

Stove quit right before Christmas and he made time for us and fixed our problem. He got us up and running in time. Thanks a lot. For all your help. Merry Christmas.
