We had a very bad experience with Kulk's Plumbing. Our bathtub faucet was leaking after the water supply was turned off. We called Kulk's for a simple repair. First visit, $200.03. The guy told us which part to get, otherwise if they would provide this part, it would cost 3x more. Second visit, $206. Apparently, the first person did not give us the correct info. John from Kulk's Plumbing was exceptionally professional in providing me with his assessment of my concerns and how best to move forward. We discussed options and we agreed upon a plan. The estimate was reasonable for the work that is required and we agreed on a date for the job to be completed. Very straightforward, with no bs or "hard sell" tactics. As I have an older home, I had worries about finding a professional to take on the job. My worries are alleviated. Will provide another review when the job is completed.
