I had an appointment on July 10, 2025. The tech told me I had a fever and I said yes, I dont no if im sick or what is happening I have had a fever for over a week. Nothing was said or done. I did lab work, and doctor Kulkarni called me and said he would do some research and will follow up with me. Never called me back. I called 8/07/25, 08/25, 09/09 and kept telling them I still have a fever and I don't feel good. Finally I got an appointment for 10/01. I want to say farewell to Rachel who is leaving Dr K's practice tomorrow. My experiences with her are always warm and understanding. Her medical expertise is above outstanding. She has been a wonderful part of Dr K's practice. She will be missed by all she cared for. I wish her the best in her life going forward and hope Good Luck follows her wherever she ventures. I have had 2 checkups, and 2 visits for other health issues that popped up. I have been very happy with the healthcare that I have received. I have seen both Dr Kulkarni and Rachel Hansen have been very happy with both of them. I have never had to wait once I arrived and they are very professional. My appointment with Rachel Hansen CNP, MSN was suppose start at 2:45, I waited until 3:33 . 45m. I ask Front desk if she could ask a doctor how much longer I need to wait? Front desk person told me she couldn’t interrupt the process and refused to talk with Rachel, even after I mentioned it’s 45 m passed my appointment time . Very unprofessional.
