Specialties: Lots of machines, cardio equipment and a Free weight area. We also have an aerobic room with classes daily. Established in 2016. Started in 2016 when I noticed a need for a convential gym, not a cross fit place. Nothing against CrossFit. Just providing a different way to workout.

I’ve been a Kuleana member for years, and paying over $60 a month for a facility where nearly every treadmill is broken is, frankly, shameful. Sixty bucks is not cheap, yet on a recent visit I tried three different treadmills, one wouldn’t turn on at all, another powered up only to have the screen go completely dark, and the third did the exact same thing. Friendly staff. Not overcrowded.
Great space. Plenty of good, clean equipment and kind employees.
Decent place to work out. Other gyms have inspired me to work out more because of the energy and ambiance but this gym just doesn’t have that energy. It’s got the equipment you need and isnt very crowded, and that’s nice. With the older equipment there’s a Sort of careless energy. Bathrooms are very minimal. One shower. Just a sort of bare minimum gym that doesn’t inspire. But it gets the job done
