The design of this place baffles me. It's not set up for relaxation and comfort. The rooms are hot. Only one AC in the bedroom that is super noisy. So if you're a light sleeper like me you can't sleep with it on. The main living room, kitchen and bathroom are just as hot as outside because the one AC in the bedroom doesn't reach to push cool air to those places. I booked with them and stayed in condo 611 for a quick weekend trip to Maui. There was an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony! We saw several beautiful sunsets from the balcony as well. The condo was clean and comfortable. Please note that this condo has one AC window unit in the bedroom. It significantly cools the bedroom but the rest of the condo stays pretty warm. The AC unit creates the perfect temperature in the bedroom for sleeping. Beautiful view, grounds, pool Great location
We made the unfortunate mistake of booking this place through a third-party app. We were in Maui for a wedding and, being unfamiliar with the area, searched for accommodations using the ZIP code provided on the invitation. This “luxury condominium” appeared in the results, so we booked it. When we arrived in Maui, we discovered it was 53 minutes away from the wedding venue. It was nowhere near where we needed to be. Our family has been visiting the Kuleana for many years as timeshare owners. Whenever we need an extra unit or to add more days to our stay, we rent directly from Kuleana. The views are amazing; snorkeling with turtles on the reef in front of Kuleana is like “old faithful.” The grounds are beautiful and maintained impeccably. Nice pool.
