Rude and unprofessional! 'Dr.' Banwait was incredibly rude, demeaning, and hateful during a call when I wanted them to contact my insurance about a prior authorization. My partner was prescribed a medication my insurance doesn't normally cover. They sent it to 'BlinkRX', which we never asked them to, and we asked for them to send it to our local pharmacy instead. Pathetic excuse for a physician in the medical field. The way he treated my mother was a disgrace and you should be ASHAMED!!!!!!!
Dr. Banwait and Sarah Lozano FNP have been taking care of me for about 8’years and I’ve never had any problems or complaints. Always professional and kind and above & beyond to care for me.
Dr. Banwait is always friendly and knowledgeable. He sees his patients in a timely manner so I am never there for an extended period.
One of the best and nicest Dr's I've ever dealt with.
If you find yourself in need of a specialist, Dr. Banwait is an excellent choice. He loves his work and genuinely cares for his patients. His staff are kind and helpful. I fully recommend Dr. Banwait. He is one of the few doctors who will take the time to call you on the phone. I felt I was under the best care. I highly recommend him.
He takes the time to really listen. The only problem is how long one has to wait in the office in Borger.
