I was rear ended December 2010. They took longer than the insurance allowed for the rental car and had to beg the insurance company for 1 more day. If that wasn't bad enough the rear defroster didn't work and a couple of inside trim pieces were missing. I took it back to get fixed and they assured me that we fixed and tested it and it works fine. They also installed the missing trim pieces. The rear defroster still didn't work.
