Kukulu Construction Mgmt. is very crafty (dishonest) on their workmanship. If you do NOT follow up on their work, they will take as many short cuts as possible. They will bill you for work NOT done. Even if you catch them, they will not come out once they are paid! They were suppose to install a new commercial (retail) door, they just hung a residential door and billed us for a completed job (see pictures); they just shoved a residential door into the old frame (the door did not even fit, an inch sticking out).
