I had them do my Irrevocable Trust in 2018 The price was fair but They didn’t explain the trust to me and it is a little complicated! I sold my home in 2024 and used them to close also! My daughter became the trustee! They want to charge more for asking questions later so my daughter went to a lawyer where she lives! They charged a small fee but told her she can ask all the questions she wants to and there will be no charges!
