My teen daughter and I started Kuk Sool Won here a few months ago and have enjoyed every class. She has never wanted to participate in sports or exercise even. But we found this and we both love it. Every class is a work out , but also teaches respect, perseverance, and self discipline. The teachers are the absolute best!
My daughter and I have been attending for about 6 months now. We enjoy it. Classes cover a variety of things. Forms, takedown techniques, kicks/strikes/falls, and even a bit of weapons. We never know what a class if going to focus on. So that keeps it interesting. They have three different classes; kids, beginner adult, and advanced adult. They get a lot of kids.
