Best Ramen I've ever had. One of the best places to eat in FOCO hands down. My wife and I go here almost once a week.
I ordered the spicy beef. Medium spice. It was not medium spice. Id rate it at high spice. The spice was so hot it drowned out all the other flavors. All you really tasted was the heat. My lips are still burning in the car 20 minutes later, on the drive home. The beef was also dry and not as tender as id expect. When one develops a dish, they should want all the flavors to dance with eachother so that you can taste every flavor.
