The customer service is lacking and the communication skills are poor - but after a one month hiatus, the unit is fixed and I have a dishwasher again that I am thankful for!

We were told that we would be better off buying a new microwave. I found kuiper and he fixed it and was at a very reasonable price. When we need any work done we will for sure be calling him first!
