My service was the result of an involuntary accident and fortunately the party who caused the collision was 100% honest and her insurance was 100% responsible and paid timely. The experience was very pleasant. Caliber Collision was on top of everything from the moment I walked into the shop and kept me informed daily. It was just the correct amount of interaction and I am completely impressed.
After accidentally hitting my car on a concrete garage pillar downtown, my car got banged up! I was feeling so disappointed in myself for being so careless!! I called my insurance to see if I could take it to the closest collision center and the one I was sent to was the location on N. Florida Ave. The staff in there turned my whole day around!
