I feel my therapist isn’t that invested in my journey but I still go. 6 months later And I am glad I continued with it. Nothing in life is easy and getting through major life events takes time. Glad I gave it a chance.
Had my first session with Alex today. He was amazing, 5 stars all around. I switched therapists after 10 years of my last one not being invested. Alex is a great listener, quick thinker and he is invested and very direct! Highly recommended!
