I hired Rita Kuhn and Associates for an employee in a management position. Rita could not provide the phone numbers for the referrals for the employee she placed in my organization. Rita provided the names of the references and what they said about the employee but not the phone numbers. When I asked her for the file she said after 9 months she purged all files and had no records.
