Great customer service
Customers beware 1.I took my truck there to change the spark plugs. 2. I finally get the bill 6 months later for $700 They tacked on intrist I asked why it took so long for the bill and she just said COVID. 3. They did unauthorized work. They didn't bother to call me and authorize the work they just did who knows what and then sent me a bill six months later. 4. Seems like Kuhlmans needs to learn how to run a business.
I brought a pickup in for a alignment, a few small repairs, and a check over. They had the truck for over a month with no updates. When I called and said I needed it whether it was ready or not. Only then was it suddenly going to be ready the next day. At the time we went in to pick up the truck they didn’t have a bill prepared. Fast forward a few weeks.
