For over 35 years, Dr. Kugler has cared for me and my parents. We were surprised to learn of his retirement only after calling the office and being redirected to Magnolia Health Centre, as there was no prior notice. That was when we were informed he had retired as of October 2025. Our last visit with Dr. Kugler was in May. Worst doctor ive ever experienced When making an appointment he never payed attention to my concerns had to ask him for various exams and tests His practice and waiting room were constantly filthy never washed floor His exam room was like a high-school student messy as hell Papers books everywhere Im surprised he wasn't reported to medical board Now we find out he retired no warning nothing Sign on office door Retired Thank goodness

I have had Dr P Kugler for over 25 years . Had a Dr appointment for Nov 18 th . He was a really great man . He never left me waiting for more then 5 min . Mostly I was in and out before my appointment time . Wish I had got to see him one more time , to have thanked him for everything . He did helped me a lot through the years. He will be missed. Wish him the best. Big hugs
