Terrible service !! Gave me a two hour window and never showed up on the first day.. Second day gave me another two hour window called said they were on their way. After two and a half hours of waiting again, I called and they said, oh, we can't service a gas fireplace.. absolutely ridiculous. I was specific when I made the appointment. I needed my gas fireplace cleaned, and the flame set. Two days and four hours wasted, waiting around for nothing !!
Complete scam. Kugel and Sons closed and a company in California hacked this listing to send questionable air vent cleaners out to perform chimney inspections and repairs. When I called the number here and asked them the name of this company, they couldn't answer. That's because they have hijacked hundreds if not thousands of closed local business names and phone numbers. Reporting to the BBB and the police.
Got our dryer vents by Ralph and they did such an amazing job. Our dryer is working in top shape now and we couldn’t be more thankful to them. So happy to have found T&K Pro Dryer Vent & Air Duct Cleaning And Chimney Inspection Services Of Florida and we will definitely be using them again next time we need the service. Highly recommended!
Great communication before service. Handled a complicated issue expertly. Spent extra time to make sure I understood what was going on. Asked them to come out and inspect my chimney. The guy that came out said it was his first day on the job and my chimney was the worst he’d ever seen. He quoted me an expensive rebuild. Had to ask another company to take a look at it and it ended up being a minor repair. They aren’t certified with the chimney safety institute of America. Look for a company that is certified if you want a proper chimney inspection. I called to ask for a refund for the inspection and never received a call back.
