We purchased a dust collector and when it arrived from them it was louder than the specification and the cfm draw was well short of the specification so it did not work for the machine it was needed for. We gave them over 2 months to try and fix it which did not work. They offered to pick it up and return our money and they did pick it up but they are not returning our money. So now we are out $10,000 and the equipment. We are in the process of suing them for the money but in the meantime anyone considering these guys should... read more
