This dealership's service department is an absolute joke. The level of incompetent they have displayed over the past 5 years of bringing our car here is hard to even comprehend. Once your vehicle is no longer under warranty, do not bother bringing it here as they want to charge hundreds of $$$ to merely "diagnose" the computer & software problems. We paid over $2,300 at this dealership’s service department for brake and wheel sensor repairs after ABS and traction lights came on. They diagnosed a left rear hub/sensor issue, which they repaired along with both rear calipers, hoses, pads and rotors. Just days later, the exact same lights and symptoms came back. When I returned, they suddenly diagnosed the opposite side (right rear) with similar corrosion and sensor issues.
