We paid over $2,300 at this dealership’s service department for brake and wheel sensor repairs after ABS and traction lights came on. They diagnosed a left rear hub/sensor issue, which they repaired along with both rear calipers, hoses, pads and rotors. Just days later, the exact same lights and symptoms came back. When I returned, they suddenly diagnosed the opposite side (right rear) with similar corrosion and sensor issues. I scheduled an appointment with the service department because my lcd screen in my 2020 jeep compass had stopped working. Upon arriving at my appointment I was told that I needed to have my warranty papers with me in order for them recognize it. Which I totally understand, just kind of annoying that they wouldn’t state when I called for the appointment. I paid this dealership to diagnose my truck after diagnosing the truck. I picked it up and had Tow it back to the dealership and the manager said to me you have a bad motor! I drove it in with no problem, so I took it to another mechanic where they found out that 2 vacuum hoses were not re-hooked up! I will never go back to the dealership if they cannot have better customer service than this. I Didn’t expect them to fix the truck for nothing but they should have looked at their mistake and fixed it!
