I went in to Sandy regarding a final distribution settlement of my father's estate. Sandy answered my call the first time I called. I had an appointment within the first few days. I was referred to Attorney Kuenzi by Oregon State Bar for a modest mean program. I called and emailed for two month trying to get ahold of her for a consultation. She never returned any calls or emails. I called the state bar again to get another referral and they told me that they could only refer her and to keep calling. Eventually, her phone number was disconnected. When I notified the Bar they said that she is no longer taking modest means clients.
