I've seen a lot of bad comments here. I'm currently in this place and I came with BOL that there is no delivery address on them. They didn't take the situation for bad. They set up correctly and told me that they will take the load when we send the BOL with the address and name of the company where the load is delivered. They gave her an email so she could print it out so she knew the load was meant for them. Everything went smoothly. They received a BOL via email, apologized, signed, unloaded.
