Don't use this company unless you are a professional freighter or have the knowledge to be one. For an average guy who just wants his products shipped, this company isn't for you. They have no idea what a customer service is all about. It's frustrating to fill out their forms. Shows up at the pickup location without any paper work. To me, it's just an old dinosaur of a company.
Load wasn't ready when we got there because we were early but they got on it loaded us up quick
