I have worked with Kuehn Building & Remodeling for over 20 years and have found them to be honest, prompt, and their attention to detail is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all of your construction needs.
First rate! Their attention to detail is impeccable! Especially their interior drywall finishing.
Quality is poor. Builds houses quick, on the cheap. Then asks top dollar. I’ve had to replace all the doors and windows because our house was built without attention to detail. Within 10 years: ALL door locks and hinges replaced due to shifting. Ghosting and nails coming through ceiling all around. Creaking floors.... within a week. ZERO sound proofing between floors or around windows. Not impressed, and have heard similarly.
Questionable integrity. Many things were made to look like they were done well Yet not actually done well, and failed quickly. Don’t be fooled.
