I usually see the NP Jessica Dlugolecki and she is fantastic! Dr. O is awesome too. Highly recommend.
Always a long wait. The support staff and nurses are wonderful. Unfortunately, the doctor is very overbooked. Genuinely helpful. The wait time of over am HOUR for an early morning appt (9:15 when they open at 9:00am) is making me consider changing providers. OTHERWISE A FANTASTIC GROUP OF PROFESSIONALS!!! I have gone here since 2012. I really don't want to change but my time and limited energy are valuable and more important to safeguard.
Seemed extremely uncaring and ignored half of the issues i brought up to him. Was banned from the practice after 1 missed appointment, i was extremely disabled by a car accident at the time and with no reminder ahead of the appointment. I called them the next day and was told i was removed for the practice and never allowed back. Zero compassion from these people. Request for medical records by my new doctor ignored for over a week now. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE.
