Shala is a horrible attorney. She constantly allows things to fall through the cracks. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. Or else you will constantly be paying her more money for mistakes to be made.
My friend hired Kudlac Law in Bandon, Oregon as a probate lawyer. They were consistently rude, and avoidant with communications. They also sold her mother's house to a family friend of theirs for under market value during the peak of the real estate market bubble. Furthermore, the appraisal company also had personal ties to the buyer, which is highly unethical.
