Should be disbarred. Likes to employ illegal tactics, and is not above committing perjury when called to testify as a witness. As an attorney, he is mediocre at best and a criminal at worst. As a human being, he is a dirtbag at best and an oxygen thief at worst. I would recommend avoiding him, unless you are guilty and looking to get less out of a sentence. If you come up against him as opposing attorney, I recommend you save your money and hire a 1st year law school student at a cheap rate to win your case against him.
