Delicious food and even better service!
My experience at this restaurant was awful. The supervisor, Miles, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed no interest in helping customers. On top of that, I observed serious hygiene issues, including dirty utensils and COCKROACHES inside the restaurant. Seeing COCKROACHES in a place that serves food is absolutely unacceptable. Disgusting!! This was some of the grossest food I’ve ever had. I don’t know how this place how such great reviews unless it’s for everything except the ramen. The ramen is awful! We both got the prime ribeye ramen with tonkotsu broth. The veggies were soggy, barely any noodles, and the broth had no flavor at all. It was some of the worst food I’ve ever gotten at a restaurant and we paid over $100 for 2 people. Not to mention, our server was terrible AND she tipped herself $20! Their website and Google says they close at 9 o’clock. I started calling at around 6:30 and called a total of six times between 630 and 8:15, to make sure they had vegan options for my daughter but there was never an answer. Since I couldn’t get ahold of them on the phone, I tried placing an order online since the voice recording said to go to their website to place an order online.
