Went up there awhile back. Best scrap buyer withing 100 miles of here. He was the most honest and upfront scrap dealer I've met. I was out of town doing a job for a customer and he was the closest to the job so that's where we went. Being I was 3.5 hours from home I got lucky dealing with him. Usually I'd haul all my metal home and deal with my buyer here in MD. Anyway if you need a good honest guy this is your go to.

By far the worst scrap yard I've ever been to. The place looks like someone runs it in their yard, its incredibly difficult to figure out where you're supposed to drop your scrap, employees don't communicate, and worst of all, they don't pay. I was assisted in unloading, given a slip with the weight and sent to an office, where they took my info and then told me the boss wasn't there but that he would call and send me my money.
