We have one toilet clog, we knew the problem is main pipe has lots of grease near kitchen area, need use snake to clean out, The technician decided to change a new valve. And my wife asked how much to change one? He did not provide a quote before his start work. Just told my wife he will go to deal with Andy(husband). he said change valve will cost much cheaper then run a snake. We only have one toilet has problem.
