Buyer Beware, Parts not stocked, will try to sell you more than you need. Went to Alexandria, needed a fuel bowl, had to order it. Went back for a tie rod end, first the guy is looking in transmission drawings for it, then said I had to buy the whole tie rod and it was not in stock. They don't know what they are doing and are not prepared to help.
Was very impressed with the new store in Alexandria Ky, customer service was great. We purchased are new tractor (BX2380) from Wade, he was the best salesman we ever had in buying anything can't say enough about him. Hoping to buy more equipment ( toys ) in the future if wife lets me lol. Final words this Dealership was GREAT. Thank You Wade for everything.
