The service manager Anthony talked with me on the phone on how to get my bush-hog over the spline tractor. I couldn't and brought it in. They tested the shaft and it was ok. He told me to find a burr on my spline and i did. NO CHARGE! He was super helpful and my tractor is 10 years old. Great service and friendly.
Staff seems nice. But! They lie and the Parts here are twice! The price of other kubota shops. Highly advise checking around before committing to repairs here. Better to just go somewhere else!

Parts dept is lights-out good. My thanks to Ashley and Jason for their top notch customer service and professionalism. Now if I can just remember to stop backing over tree limbs and snagging filter brackets and lines, maybe I won't need so many parts . . .
There new saleman Wade Pearson has been great! In the short time I have dealt with him i have nothing but good things to say.
