I bought a chainsaw and it turned out to be defective so I called and they told me it had a warranty and when I took it in to have it checked they told me that it broke down because I didn't put gasoline and oil mixed in it, which is a stupid answer and so the warranty didn't cover it. It not the first machine that I own, it is obvious that these machines use gasoline mixed with oil, I do not recommend buying machinery there because they do not comply with the warranty and they charged me just for checking it.
