After a rough start (calls not answered or returned as promised) I spoke with service manager. Seems they've been having some issues as result of recent changes (new ownership). They sent Ryan out to service my Kubota, and he was excellent! Not only did the service well, but pointed out things that needed attention beyond usual service, and ordered the parts for several upgrades. I am now very satisfied with their service.
Under new ownership/management, very friendly and helpful folks.
Left my excavator key at home live 3 hours away working nights in Charlottesville was there waiting for them to open this morning they let me come in early I explained what was going on they found a key for me gave it to me free of charge and told me to have a great day... Great group of guys at this place thank you too all of you!!!
Worst place I ever tried to deal with had a deal made on a Tractor signed the contract two months ago and they will not call me back to finalize the deal. Don't know how they stay in business. They keep saying they're being sold. I can see why I would not recommend this place For anything.
