Left my excavator key at home live 3 hours away working nights in Charlottesville was there waiting for them to open this morning they let me come in early I explained what was going on they found a key for me gave it to me free of charge and told me to have a great day... Great group of guys at this place thank you too all of you!!!
Worst place I ever tried to deal with had a deal made on a Tractor signed the contract two months ago and they will not call me back to finalize the deal. Don't know how they stay in business. They keep saying they're being sold. I can see why I would not recommend this place For anything.
Called on Thursday for a service tech to come to my house to die tap and put new bolts in front rims. If I had the tools I would’ve done it myself, but I didn’t have the equipment. The lady told me that the service tech would call me on Friday and let me know when the tech is coming. I never got a call after wasting my time. I called Saturday and no one answered, just leave a message. I’ll see if I get a callback Monday, I doubt it.
A bit off the beaten path, but well worth the trip. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Bought a Kubota side by side, added a few features, they dropped it off at my house when it was ready!
