Showed up during working hours with cash in hand to look/buy a new SXS while looking at tractors for 1/2 hour no one ever came out building. We appeared to be the only customers there. Emailed them online for price no answer as well. Went to another Tractor Business They met me so as I stepped on pavement and held the door so guess who made the sale.
Very knowledgeable and was very helpful
After a rough start (calls not answered or returned as promised) I spoke with service manager. Seems they've been having some issues as result of recent changes (new ownership). They sent Ryan out to service my Kubota, and he was excellent! Not only did the service well, but pointed out things that needed attention beyond usual service, and ordered the parts for several upgrades. I am now very satisfied with their service.
Under new ownership/management, very friendly and helpful folks.
Left my excavator key at home live 3 hours away working nights in Charlottesville was there waiting for them to open this morning they let me come in early I explained what was going on they found a key for me gave it to me free of charge and told me to have a great day... Great group of guys at this place thank you too all of you!!!
