Mike is super accommodating and always willing to help. He is very knowledgeable and helped me set up my new UTV just as I wanted it. He went the extra mile to make sure that I had what I needed and was happy with the deal. Scott in the service department is the best. I cannot brag on them enough; I talked to Scott one time about a small issue on my UTV and weeks later when my UTV was in his shop he took care of the issue without any follow up or reminders.
What an awesome equipment dealer. They are so personable compared to other dealers I’ve been to. Mike is friendly and knowledgeable and made the purchasing process so easy. I definitely recommend Kubota of Kingsport.
Kubota of Kingsport is the best. They have the best prices and everyone there is super friendly. The most impressive thing for me was Mike called me back after I called in and didn't get anyone. They stay super busy for a reason and getting a call back means alot anymore. They'll continue to get my business.
